Powerball Signature review
This Powerball Signature review has been written to explore the Powerball Signature series and what it offers in addition to the standard Powerball neon pro.
If you are not entirely sure what a Powerball is, basically it is a handheld gyroscope used to exercise your hands, wrists arms and shoulders. Essentially it is a spinning weight in a plastic casing, after you set the gyroscope in motion with the length of cord provided, you rotate your wrist to increase the gyroscopes speed. Before long you begin to feel feedback and resistance from the Powerball and an increased effort is required to spin the ball. All the while, you are working the muscles and tendons in your arm, wrist and hand.

The Powerball Signature is first and foremost an exercise device providing a great workout for your wrist, forearms, biceps and helps strengthen grip. As such, it has been engineered for those sportsmen who use their arms and grip a lot. This includes racquet sports such as tennis, badminton, squash as well as golfers, baseball/softball players, rock climbers and so on. It also has the benefit of aiding those that suffer for conditions such like Repetitive Strain Injury(RSI) and carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) providing non impact exercise to their hands and arms.
There are a number of variants on the basic Powerball device, but with the majority of forms you get a small, neatly presented box which contains the Powerball, and two lengths of cord used for starting the device, as well as a set of instructions on how to start and spin-up the Powerball. Once the Powerball is up and running, you increase the gyroscopes speed by fluidly rotating your wrist faster and in ever-smaller circles. As the device spins faster, the gyroscope exerts resistance upon your body working your muscles in your hand, wrist, arm and shoulder.
The standout point from this Powerball Signature review and what is most defiantly recommended is that you purchase a Powerball model that includes the electronic rpm counter. This sits on top of the Powerball and displays your scores and the Revolutions per Minute of the device. The counter will power off automatically after a period of inactivity and is the only part of the device powered by battery. The inbuilt LED’s are powered from the gyroscope. The functions of the counter include
Highest RPM – This automatically saves the highest number of rpm you achieve.
Real time RPM – This displays the RPM you are actively achieving on the device while in use.
Total accumulated revolutions – This totals the number of revolutions during any period of use.
Strength Index – This counts the revolutions you manage over a 30, 60 or 90 second period.
Powerball Signature Series is a limited edition variation of the standard Powerball Neon Pro. The Signature series comes with white LED lights and a smoky plastic casing giving it a more distinguished look. This version has the electronic counter included. In the package a mini DVD is also included which shows you all the different types of exercises you can achieve with the device, further enhancing your exercise program. There are three pull cord and a wrist strap, which can be a god send if you lose your grip of the device while it is in motion.
Hopefully with this Powerball Signature review I have been able to show what a dynamic, exquisite and absolutely gorgeous this device is. The signature series is the premium Neon Powerball model and is ideal as an executive toy. The device is addictive, crack it out at a party and have some fun with your friends.
